Comfy over the shoulder boulder holder recommendations

Can anyone recommend comfy, soft, supportive tops /bras for sleeping in? I got measured recently and have great nursing bras from Marks And Spencer for wearing during the day but would prefer something a bit more stretchy but will provide plenty of support. My breasts are at their fullest during the night and I just feel the m and s bras are a bit too restrictive. Measuring a 36F in marks and Spencer.

I have a carriwell nursing bra that is nice to sleep/lounge about in. I'm a 36F too and wear a size M.

Its not supportive enough for going out or running up and down stairs, but much more than the sleep bras I have.

I have some soft cup wire free bras from m&s that I wear in bed. They're not nursing bras but easy to just drop off one shoulder to feed in the middle of the night. They come in packs of two and are quite well priced. Have loads of actual nursing bras for daytime but wanted something less 'full on' for night time just to keep me in check. I've gone from someone who used to bemoan my lack of cleavage to someone who could trap one under me if I roll over in the night!

I find Bravado bras really comfy. They sre stretchy so can accomodate your boobs when they are full.

Bravado bras are totally fab - I've got these, lynzjam they would fit your size too. So comfy and stretchy, as rimsky says. www.nursingbra-shop.co.uk/ShowDetails.asp?id=118

If you want a nice bra to give you a bit more shape during the day (not that I'm implying you don't have 'shape', btw, but I don't!), the Bravado Black Cherry bra also is great - no underwires etc but lots of support. Also stretchy. www.nursingbra-shop.co.uk/ShowDetails.asp?id=176

Hi there i cant stand wearing bras at night as gives me backache so use those stickly silicone breast pads that yoy can wear without a bra - lilypadz they are called - another option (am always recomending them on here, dont work for them or anything!0

jaggythistle · 14/11/2010 11:28

hello ladies.

did you get your Bravado bras from the website linked above, if so would you recommend it? been looking at treating myself to one for months...

PS Lynzjam we now have matching bra sizes Blush

Lynzjam · 14/11/2010 11:36

Yeh I ordered from there jaggy! (From here to maternity). Free postage too. I'm gonna get another couple i reckon. Sooo comfy! They give me a nice shape too.

Oh fancy having same sized boobs lol!

Hmmm just realised I got mine from different website! Wasn't intentional, but I've no complaints about "from here to maternity " website.

Also I considered the Lilly pads as I'd love to let my boobs hang out at night but I must admit I'm worried about them getting even more droopy than they already seem to be. I used to have nice pert boobs!

I'm proud of them now though, making lots of lovely milk to nourish my baby! Thanks boobs!

Go Lynzjam's boobs! Grin They are doing well, I have seen the results and they are very cute ;)

preghead · 14/11/2010 20:11

i'm on dc3 so have given up on pert boobs Grin - I think when you're lying down asleep a bra prob isn't doing much anyway in way of support? The lillypadz work really well but eventually lose their stickiness so you might go through a couple of pairs. I wear them under bras during the day as well if particularlyleaky.

barkfox · 14/11/2010 22:58

jaggythistle, I've used the nursingbra-shop website above a few times, and they've been great. V prompt, no fuss with returns when things didn't fit etc. Good communication.

I do find the bravado originals give some support in bed and when just slobbing around on the sofa - I've no idea if they help maintain pertness! Probably not... BUT, when my boobs are very full and tender, they do help tame them and keep them comfy...
