Sicky/windy baby

Over the last few days my three week old has started being sick quite a bit after each feed. This is upsetting for him and frequently gives him hiccups. In the last 24 hours he has also developed some serious wind! Coming out of both ends. Does anyone know whether why this might be? I haven't changed my diet except for having a very mild prawn korma the other night? Could this be the culprit? Any tips appreciated!!! I am exclusively breastfeeding and he gets some expressed bottles too.

could be the curry....

I had to cut out dairy - you could try keeping a food diary to see what affects him.

also, 3 weeks is a growth spurt, and he could be guzzling the milk down and just getting rid of the extra he doesn't need. Your supply will be kicking into gear too by now, and the flow might be quite fast, making him gulp in air too.

Maybe try holding upright in front of you to feed him?
