How can I get DD to suck on a bottle??

My DD is 4 months and has been exclusively BF. Am now wanting to move to FF but DD is refusing to suck on a bottle. Have tried tommee tippee, avent, dr browns, and cheapo tesco bottles but still she won't suck! Have tried different formulas too just in case that was the prob, but it wasn't! Any tips would be greatfully recieved! :)

Try a sippy cup instead. My DD never took a bottle.

Ds2 wasn't keen on bottles. After months of trying every teat imaginable, every cup under the sun, EBM, formula, warm, cold, tepid, etc etc etc we went cold turkey in the end.

After a 5 hour strike he took the bottle and never looked back. He's now just turned 2 and I can't get him off 'em!

He was older when I tried though, 9 months.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who has had this problem. The ebm just seems to wind her up! My DS went straight over no problem. Sippy cup is a good idea, will try one of those tomorrow! If not then may try cold turkey. Thanks

Ok, sippy cup didn't work either! Worried she might be a little young to do cold turkey - don't want to mess up her feeds. Any thoughts?
