Latching issues still - dd curls up like a banana!

6 weeks on and we are still not getting a great latch. when dd2 tries to latch on she sort of curls up like a banana towards my breast and doesnt tilt her head back to latch on which means that my nipple usually goes to the middle of her mouth rather than the top.

Any tips on getting her to straighten up or anyone had similar experiences?

Hi, I've not had any experience of this myself but one thing did occur to me. Could you try using the rugby ball hold? You hold the baby almost tucked under your armpit with their head at your breast, it should make it easier for you to get your 'nipple to nose'.
