What do I do?

My right boob has become suddenly become engorged and really painful in the last day or so. I am literally leaking milk like a Chesire Dairy Cow. It's like my milk has come in all over again, but only on the right side.

I had a look last night and discovered two blocked ducts, I had a go and managed to unblock them. I then discovered a milk blister. I had a go after looking at Kellymom and managed to unblock it. I've been massaging it and I took two ibuprofen last night as well. I also had a pummel at it with the shower this morning.

Thing is it's still painful and lumpy today and when I had DS at that breast it was really really sore.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thank you!

ow! I have not experienced this but have you changed your latch/position recently? your baby may not be draining the breast properly if you're getting blocked. I know you're supposed o feed as much as possible with the baby's chin pointing at the lump - I'd take more ibuprofen! hope an expert gives you real advice soon, it sounds so sore.

feed him from that side with his chin at the area where the lump is.
