Avent Express 2 steriliser - need times for microwaving

hi,
does anyone have the usage instructions for this steriliser? i have just got it out of the loft to use for my newborn and it only has the amount of water to use on it, not the length of time it needs to go in for. we have an 850w microwave and i'm thinking the time should be 5 minutes, but obviously i want to be sure before i start to use the bottles on my lo. can anyone help please?

thanks. link works and now have the info i need. why didn't i think of looking on the avent site??? what a dummy v. scared about using the steriliser though, loads of new guidance on formula since 2007/08 when i last did it. all very worrying. that's by the by of course. thanks for your help.
