Ok or not?

Can't find anything on the net, says ask your doctor etc.

My back hurts from carrying DD around plus my really bad posture. Am desperate for a nice massage with tiger balm.

Anyone know?

As long as you don't put it on your nipples I am sure it is fine! Most topical stuff is fine, and it is basically like a liniment type stuff.

Ta-da liny too, from the Breastfeeding Network so very reliable

linky, even!

Thank you.

Does mention menthol based creams. Tiger balm has camphor in it as well.Hmm. Should be fine, though?

Unlikely to be absorbed systemically or transfer into milk as topical preparation with similar indications as the Deep Heat mentioned. It's not in Hales unfortunately.

You could ring the BFN helpline tomorrow if you would feel happier doing that?
0844 412 4665 for medicines enquiries, it may not be immediate response though.
