Plan to breast feed - what do I need?

I plan to breastfeed DC1 (not due til Feb, but feeling curious!) - what do I need in terms of bottles, etc? DH wants to feed the baby too.
Is it also worth stocking up on formula just in case I can't feed for any reason? What will I need for that?
I know nothing, so any advice much apppreciated.

an hour or two of skin to skin with your baby after the birth, in the first hour or two. it is the first thing you should do...

jack newman on skin to skin

and wot everyone else said Grin
don't get formula
you could go to a breastfeeding class with a good bfc/lc before you have the baby

just breasts and baby. I wouldn't waste money on all the other gadgets et. that people get suckered into buying.
rather spend that money on getting proper breastfeedng help at the start.

breastfeeding tops / bras are good too but get breastfeeding off to a good start first.

why do you want you husband feeding with a bottle? he can do other things to help and there is plenty time when he is older. he should be thre to support you as much as possible with breastfeedig if he wants to help.
