I started taking Fenugreek last week. The bottle says that the max dosage is 2 tablets, three times per day. But this is doing nothing for my supply. Some people have said take at least 3 tablets, 3 times per day.
What is the correct dosage?
Is it possible to overdose on Fenugreek? Google seems to think so.
