Sharp shooting pains in right boob

hi

today i've been getting really sore sharp pains in my right boob, do you think it could be the start of mastitis? i have been bf for 12 weeks now and have not had any problems. she feeds regularly and i can't feel any lumps.

She does go through the night for around 10/11 hours without feeding but then she does empty my boobs.

any ideas of what it could be?
