How much spitting up is normal?

HI there, my baby is 7.5 weeks old and totally breastfed except for one formula feed (aptamil) at 11pm. He wasn't a very 'sicky' baby until about a week ago when he started spitting up quite a lot after most feeds. He had bad wind when I was on several rounds of antibiotics but the wind has subsided. He often cries when he is trying to poop or has bottom end wind. I am worried he may have reflux but he doesn't spit up after every feed...sometimes just a little tiny bit, but sometimes he spits up maybe 4-5 tablespoons or more after most feeds of the day. Is this normal spitting up? He doesn't have consitpation or diarhhea (just normal runny BF poop with white bits in it). He sleeps really well too, 7-11pm and 11.30 to 6.30/7am and generally he is happy.
Thank you so much!

Him sleeping well must indicate that he is reasonably comfortable, so that's a good thing - when he has wind, does he pull his knees up or arch backwards?

Arching backwards would be an indicator of reflux.
