Blood in vom?? Help!

I've just given my 3.5 month baby his morning feed, and he's sicked up a little bit. For the first time ever, it is a murky colour. Assuming it is blood, and if so, wondering if normal and what might cause?

He seems pretty chipper - no sign of illhealth.

Any advice appreciated!

I had something similar, see this thread (especially my last post). Could have the same cause perhaps. If he seems well I wouldn't worry too much but you could always ring the doctor just in case. hth

Hi,

We had the same when DS was about 3mo. Like you said, just a bit of a murky colour in his sick. He did it a couple of times after the same feed. I phoned the HV and she said not to worry as long as he seemed fine in himself. Its happened again once but thats it.

I'd say keep a close eye on him today but, unless there are any other signs, don't worry about it.
