I've just fed ds in the BN position (thanks jemjabella for suggesting it, I'd never heard of it before). It worked quite well, was nice and snuggly and after a bit of headbutting he latched himself on. However, after a while he seemed to get a bit frustrated and came off as if he was no longer getting any milk. I'm now feeding him lying on my side and he's feeding contentedly again. Does the reclining position mean that he can't get milk as easily as gravity is against him? Anything you can do about this?
