How do I mix the formula?

  1. Wash your hands with soap and water.
Wash the top of the formula can before opening to prevent germs from getting into the baby?s feeding. Use clean measuring utensils and containers.
  1. Let the cold tap water run for 2 minutes
before mixing with the formula to reduce the amount of lead that may be in the water. Well water may contain bacteria and should not be used to make infant formula.
  1. Follow the instructions in the next
column for either liquid concentrate or powdered formula.

(Nutramigen, Pregestimil)

Bit different!

What does the next column say? Are boiling kettles involved?

I think Nutramigen is made up differently to regular formula. But even so I would have thought you should use boiled water.

  • is this from a different country? the refs to well water and lead certainly indicate this
