Dream feed???

Sorry if this sounds silly but what exactly is dream feeding??

but basically it's where you feed them while they're still asleep either FF or BF in the hopes of getting more sleep, or them going through to morning.

Works for some, not for others. I do it as I go to bed to get a good stretch at the beginning of (my) night.
