Dr Brown's bottles leaking

I have had a nightmare to get my 4 month old dd to take a bottle but we have finally had some success with Dr Brown's bottles. However they seem to leak from the seam at the bottom. This is particularly heartbreaking as we are using them for breastmilk and I have lost several ounces before I have realised. I have already returned one lot but the replacements are doing the same thing Angry Has anyone else had this issue? Is it the heating of the bottles causing the problem (we sit them in hot water)?

Those bottles drive me mad for this reason. I gave up on them.

You have to unscrew the bottles slightly when you warm them -- otherwise the pressure builds and they leak. Re-screw them to feed baby (or check temperature of bottle before)

I think it says this in the instructions.
