I defrosted some EBM at lunchtime - it went straight in the fridge and has been kept there since - can I use it tonight OK ?

I think it's fine for 12 hours.

But try it first. I once defrosted some and gave to DS2 straight away but he refused it. I tried it and it tasted off . Felt very guilty.

I think as far as I remember you can either defrost it quickly in warm water and use it straight away, or defrost it in the fridge over several hours and it's good for 24 hours from when it's fully defrosted.

Kellymom (as in the bfing website) has a page about milk storage etc which is very useful.
