how to clean tongue?

How do u clean baby's tongue, please?

when i was checking DD for oral thrush i used to give her a little cool boiled water in a bottle. She only needed to take a few sips from the bottle to wash away the milk so i could check her tongue for the white residue.

Is that what you mean by cleaning her tongue?

babys tongue is supposed to be white...as they only drink milk.

what do you mean by cleaning and why?
