EBM storage question

Got up this morning to discover that the door of the freezer was slightly ajar - not enough to defrost most things, but i had a bag of frozen EBM right at the front which had partially defrosted so can't be refrozen. i wanted to use this milk on Monday night when i'm going to attempt to go out to choir practice and leave 7 week old DS with DH. Will this milk be OK in the back of the fridge until then or should we use it asap?

also, i now have a total of 120ml EBM - does anyone know if this is likely to be enough for one feed? I'll be gone for 3 hours but am only 10 mins drive away and can come home any time.

I was just reading some notes on breastmilk storage... I think it has to be drunk pretty quickly once it has started to defrost... think you need to use this asap and express some more. Here is the guide I found, the info about using thawed milk is near the bottom:

urgh, boring! it was my not so DH who cooked last night and must have left the door open a bit - he's already spilt a bottle of my ebm once... on the plus side i have now discovered it's best to express first thing in the morning while feeding on the other side so will take the pump to bed tonight.

thanks lucy!
