Can any one advise me?
Am still breastfeeding first and last thing.. and he is on 3 big meals a day with a good appetite.
But should I be offering any cow's milk too in the day?
Other kids at nursery his age do have it, which is what has made me wonder.
He will take cow's milk from a beaker (as I tried it this morning).

Mine is the same age. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. A friend of mine is a GP with a similar aged child, and doesn't., so I don't think you need to.

mine is 16 months and won't take any other milk, or any other fluids really :(
My GP said not to worry about it, just offer them, and make sure she has a varied diet.If she would take it though, I think I would be inclined to do so.

My 19 month old still has three to four breastfeeds a day but also enjoys drinking cows milk and any other drink. In fact he enjoys drinking so much that he carries on when no longer thirsty and just spits it out! But I think it's helpful if they will take a bit of cows milk after they're a year old as it can give us mums a bit of freedom for the odd night out or any other time we might need!
