No longer wants bottle

My 10 week old DD has been on one bottle of expressed milk a day for nearly 2 weeks. She took to the bottle no problem to begin with and the rest of the time she is breastfed. A few days ago she wouldn't take the bottle and started screaming, I eventually gave in and breastfed her. The next day DH tried to give her the bottle and she eventually had a few sips, since then it's been a real struggle to get her to feed from the bottle and she only has a small amount. She's also been crying a lot during the day in general which is unusal for her (she's also feeding lots). I took her to the docs and she said she was fine and thought it was growing pains which will hopefully pass and I should just continue to feed her when she wants it, but I'm worried she's going to forget how to feed from the bottle or just no longer want it, when we did so well to begin with. Any ideas?
