I was wondering if anyone knew if over the counter constipation remedies are safe to take when breastfeeding? if so which ones?

Fiber supplements and osmotic laxatives don't go into your bloodstream, so should be fine.

I took Lactulose while I was BFing DS. It tastes foul but it works!
