4 week old worried not taking enough formula

My dd3 was born a healthy 8lb 11 and is formula fed. She only seems to take around 2 oz a feed and this can take an hour to get down her. She often falls asleep after 1oz and needs a nappy change to get her going again. I live in the USA so don't have HV's to ask for advice on this, and she doesn't get weighed every week either, so I have no idea if she's putting on much weight. At her 2 week check she'd put back on the weight she'd lost in the first few days and was up to 9lb 2oz. But over 24 hours, I'm sure she's only taking between 12 and 18 oz and as a guide due to her weight I think she should be taking more. She is not on a 3-4 hour schedule and sometimes only goes 2 hours, or even way past 4 hours. Anyone experienced this before?

have you tried a faster teat?

I did try the faster teat and it dribbled out the side, and wasn't sure if she was coping with it. She also gulps at the beginning and gets in lots of air, so lots of burping is required. We've just switched from avent bottles to dr brown born free bottles to see if this helps with the gulping/wind issue.
