currenty breast feeding my 7.5month DS 4 times in 24hours. he eats 3 large meals per day as well as at least 1 snack

6.30am
10.30am
3pm
6.30pm

He is not really interested in 10.30 or 3pm feed . Keen to bring it down to 3 BF's but wondered about the best way of spacing them out.
Any ideas?

What we did was drop the mid-morning one, as that was the one she lost interest in first. That was about 7.5 months actually - I just brought her lunch forward a little to bridge the gap.

Although I was also feeding her at 10.30 pm and at least once through the night too!

Mid morning (between breakfast and lunch) Mid afternoon (between lunch and dinner) and bedtime?
