Bfing, drinking and expessing

i went out last night and left enough expressed milk for DP to give in bottles and when i got home i expressed at 130am and 6.30am from both sides at each time, and threw the milk both times

should i be ok to feed her now? how much alcohol gets in her system? obvouisly i wasnt wasted i only had 4 coronas (and a cheeky vodka )

You should be fine - I think the rough guide is that if you're OK to drive then you are OK to bf. I never used to pump and dump - only ever had about what you did and just fed DD as normal.

i hated to dump it but just wanted to be on the safe side- thanks for quick response

I never pumped to throw either, it goes out of your milk at the same pace it goes out of your blood; around a unit an hour.
