How do you heat your MAM bottles?

My daughter has just started taking a MAM bottle after trying every type under the sun, hoorah! Just wondered how others heat these bottles, they don't fit my bottle warmer.

If you're making up bottles properly they won't need heating of course, but if you do warm from cold, then microwave and give a good ol' shake.

Thanks - I had been putting in microwave for 20 seconds and giving a good shake. Then everyone tut tutted me and I thought I should do it the old fashioned way!! Will use microwave when time is tight! My friend has one of the fancy avent steam heaters but microwave is much quicker...!
