Will I be wonky forever?

I pretty much only feed from the left boob as my right has never been any good at all. Expressing it always made 1/2 what the left did. DS hates it that side etc......why does it not work!!

Anyway, feeding on the left all the time means I am SERIOUSLY wonky. When I stop feeding will I even up?? Really worried

You'll even up. You don't say how old your baby is, but I bf for 4.5 months, then mix fed till 7.5 months. The last month or so DD refused the left breast completely, I was really wonky to the point of being upset about it (and I'm normally fairly relaxed about my flaws!). Apart from the fact that my right boob has always been a little bit bigger than the left, I went completely back to normal within about a week of ending bf.

Might be worth speaking to a bf counsellor, though, if you want to stimulate the right breast more and are planning to continue bf for a while.

I only really feed from left side too as my right doesn't seem to be efficient at all. My ds (9 months) is blooming so it doesn't seem to matter.

I read somewhere that women have one dominant breast that is more productive and babies prefer that one as it's easier to get milk from.

I'm lopsided as well but I'm convinced that when I finally stop bfing, it'll all be ok.

I guess to a certain extent we have to accept that things are never going to be the same again!

DS is 6 months so I am starting to wean to morning and night feeds only before going back to work part time. But that would keep me wonky so not sure if to stop altogether?? I look odd in tops I think. DH just laughs!!
