I am BF DS2 who is 19m and have had three periods since he was born. Every time I have ovulated it has been very uncomfortable for me, partly because I get a bit of an ache, but mainly because my nipples get extremely tender and red. DS2 also seems to ask for BF lots more often than usual and sometimes seems a bit frustrated that there is less there/it is slow to come out. My nipples are tender and red even before he starts this BTW so it is not the extra feeding that is causing it.
Does anyone else experience this? It seems like one more reason to be irritated with the return of my periods! Is there anything I can do/take to help?
