omneo comfort milk

i have just changed to omneo comfort milk from SMA gold for my six week old as she had bad colic. it seems to be much better but my hv said it was a relatively new milk. does any one else use it or have any more info on it??

i used it with my DS from 3 months to 1 year. he was fine on it, I don't think it's that new - maybe 2 years or so.

Hi Magnum, yep, my ds who is now nearly 15 weeks was breast fed for about 4 weeks and then I started introducing bottles as I wasn't happy etc etc. First of all I gave him SMA gold as that was the milk I used for dd when she was weaned from breast feeding. My ds also seemed quite colicky and I changed to omneo comfort....I would say the improvement was remarkable. He still has this and seems very settled. I can't give you any more info on the milk itself but you could always give the customer careline a call (the number is on the side of the pack).
Does make the nappies.......interesting though
The only downside is that, as far as I know, it isn't available in ready made formula and it is pretty expensive.

HI, I used it with my DS1 who is now nearly 2. He was fine on it, though he didn't really like any formula milk.

thanks for the replies.I will carry on using it as shes much better. It certainly makes her pass very smelly wind though!!! However, much better than her being in pain!!
