Milk blisters?

Help! I am just treating a case of thrush on my nipples and woke up on Sunday and noticed I had a few tiny white heads and a couple of really small red blisters. It?s not very painful a little bit of tingling but they have multiplied in a few days. I think they are milk blisters.

Went to the doctor this morning and he told me to apply Vaseline and not feed off it? And just to express. Kelly?s mom said to apply hot compress and then express with a hospital grade pump, I do have a pump but it is a plain electric one.

My ds is 10 weeks old and feeds off it fine, i have been doing some breast compressions.

Thought someone might have some experience of how to get rid of these of if they just go away on their own.

Thanks

All I can suggest is to keep feeding as normal on both breasts and keep them super clean with as much bare boob time as you can.
Maybe try putting a thin layer of Lansinoh on an area to see if that helps, that stuff is a skin healer.
