Can I still use this EBM??

Went out for dinner last night, leaving 12 week old DD with Granny (a complete success - woo hoo!).

Defrosted some breastmilk before I went and put it in a sterile disposable bottle in the fridge. DD didn't wake up so it wasn't needed - can I still use it today? Seems a pity to chuck it as the bottle is one use only.

Is fine to be used for 24 hours after defrosting.

Fab, I will use it later! She probably won't take it from me anyway but I'll have a go (mummy spent hours lovingly expressing that milk, you will enjoy it!!)
