apols for bad typing, dd lying on me...

dd is 11 wks old, but was prem and is 2 wks corrected.
bf has been going well with her taking a good feed in 10-15 mins just from one side, and then going 2-4 hrs between feeds.

in the past couple of days she seems to want to feed constantly.
this am i fed her at 8:15 - tried to feed her lying in bed but notr huge success as she took feed then puked, not sure how much of feed.
she wouldn't settle so i offered her breast again at 9am. with breaks for winding she fed from 9-10, seeming to empty both sides.

now she still won't settle, sucking fidts and head bobbing. not sure if i shoul put her back on breast? don't want to end up in a position where she is just constantly feeding from me

thanks in advance for any help

Just feed her again, pandw. Maybe she needs a bit more...not a problem. She's certainly giving signs she wants to feed.

Responding to your baby's needs like this is not getting into any 'position' - except a good one whereby your baby can trust you to meet her needs

feed feed feed

It is what she needs and wants.

thanks guys. i was just getting myself into a pickle, and my mum had been telling me i shouldn't just let her feed and feed...

she had a good 10 min suck and is now content and asleep

Sounds like a growth spurt, I agree, feed feed feed. My DD was prem too, and she seemed to have a lot more growth spurts than non-prems.
