The other day I had a huge spot next to my nipple on one boob. It didn't have a head but was big and sore. So, and I know you will slap my wrists here, I burst it . It was a proper oozy yukky spot. Could it have been an infected one of those little tiny pimply things on the areola? If so what heinous damage have I now inflicted on myself? It all seems to be getting better, I'm just worrying a bit!
