Sorry you didn't get any responses to this @stagna. Did you read anything that you'd recommend?

I really enjoyed the Four hour Work Week if you are interested in personal development its a life style and business book :)

The books I downloaded for my flight ended up being rubbish written by chat GPT.

A really fun feel good personal development book is 'untamed' by Glennon Doyle

Oh man, I’ve been training for this my whole life.

all about love - bell hooks
the gifts of imperfection - Brene brown
emotional intelligence - Daniel goleman
right kind of wrong - Amy c edmonson
women race and class - Angela y Davis
beyond survival - Leah lakshmi piepzna-smarasinha
invisible women - Caroline criado perez
how to keep house when drowning - kc davis
come as you are - Emily nagoski
burnout - Emily nagoski
why is this lying bastard lying to me - rob burley
stolen focus - Johan hari
chasing the scream - Johan hari
how to know a person - David brooks
attached - amir Levine
Hagitude - Sharon blackie
getting out of your head - Jennie allen

I can do more if you’d like. Or if there are specific topics or issues that are impacting you I can make more specific suggestions. Some of these might seem irrelevant, but understanding how the systems of our world impact us can be incredibly freeing and alleviate a lot of stress, guilt and shame.

Edit. Wow. I’ve just seen the date in this. How did I even get to this post?

Atomic Habits" by James Clear - Strategies to build good habits and break bad ones.
"Mindset" by Carol S. Dweck - The impact of mindset on success.
"The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey - Key habits for personal and professional growth.

I’d say start with Atomic Habits - super easy to read on a flight and gives you practical tips you can actually use right away. If you want something a bit more reflective, The Mountain Is You is good for understanding self-sabotage and mindset shifts.

I’d start with something classic like Atomic Habits by James Clear, very practical for habits. Also check The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson on Kindle Unlimited, it’s good for critical thinking.
