Thanks to everyone for post up feedback.

We're having to postpone the webchat with Gail Honeyman tonight as she's having some wifi difficulties. We're speaking now with the publisher and will hopefully have a new date for one evening next week shortly. We'll update on this thread and will start a new 'webchat' thread where the webchat will take place and where you can post any questions for Gail.

@BakedBeans47

I totally loved the book. I’m really pleased that Raymond and Eleanor didn’t end up as a couple, it’s nice just to have their story as a platonic friendship.

What though are we meant to think Raymond’s reasons were for befriending Eleanor? Why did he not just treat her the way her colleagues had done? Did he see something in her they didn’t? Is he just a nice guy?

Sorry for any confusion - the webchat is taking place on this thread - Gail is still with us so do please post your Q up on the other thread.
