Has Anyone Read "Skinny Bitch"?

Skinny Bitch was a total revelation for me.

I've changed my eating habits and my husband has been on board.

Questioning whether the change would benefit our kids and wondered if any vegan families have made the switch?

I've read "Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran-Foer and am part way through "The Ethics of What We Eat" by Singer and Mason and it seems the weight of scientific and ethical opinion is behind the change; feel like an idiot for not considering it before now. Any thoughts ladies?

Yes it's a good read.
I was vegan before reading Skinny Bitch, but it was a good read to confirm what I already thought.
My husband is vegan, and we have been raising our 2 yr old mostly vegan, he has had some dairy products but at home he is mostly vegan and really healthy, a healthy weight, full of energy.
There is a good Facebook group, Vegan Parents UK, where you can chat to other families who are raising or wanting to raise vegan kids, if you want me to add you then PM me. Good luck! X
