I've just read Bell, Book & Handbag by Ian Ashley. Downloaded it on my kindle and was really impressed. Found out the author posts a blog (often topical) every Sunday evening writing as the main character in his book. They are a fantastic mix of observational humour and hilarious imagery. I would thoroughly recommend a look.

Ian writes a hilarious weekly blog - it will certainly cheer up a miserable day like today. Not sure why he's not more well known - his writing is outstanding . Next book out in New Year, I believe. Why not log in and give it a go?

Brilliant- it was a toss up housework or catch up on them all.needless to say the blogs won and I had a thoroughly entertaining read.can't wait until next Sunday now have the book on kindle.thanks for that. .will follow his 'journey' with great interest
