Should I try vbac

Hi. Husband is concerned about vbac, not sure how I feel

He is right to be concerned as there are risks. I had an option for a vbac but decided against it. You have to make the decision you are most comfortable with. My advice is that if you do decide to go for a vbac you have to be 100% in.

I was advised by my midwife to try for a VBAC. My dc1 was a long labour, resulted in emm cs. Midwife advised me allow things to start naturally and have (I think she called it something like a 'trial of labour' where they would allow 20 hours of labour and then reassess). Anyway, in the end dc2's waters all went so he had to be got out with a very last minute elective c-section, which was a fine.

My mum and dad were really worried about my decision and thought I should have elected for a cs all along but I have no regrets.
