Help with baby's skin

My DD is 6 months old and after undergoing phototherapy at 1 month old, she developed some light spots on her forehead. They are not spreading; they are just static and a bit dry and it's not anywhere else in her body, just her forehead.
I have tried using pure shea butter for a while and also virgin olive oil, but nothing seems to help. I visited the GP, but he was not knowledgeable about black skin and wasn’t helpful.

Has anyone here experienced something similar with their little one? If so, what did you do to treat it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I don't know what that is, but I would ask GP to refer to dermatologist for an answer.

The only thing that springs to mind is vitiligo? But not an expert

@BB220488 did you manage to get a referral for dermatologist? I'll keep moisturizing, hope you get seen soon.

It could be a fungal infection, have you tried using nizoral or similar on the area?
