We recently moved to Tunbridge Wells (St John’s area) from South East London for a better education for our daughter & to get away from the high crime rate in the previous area we lived.
I’m black, dad is white and our daughter is mixed.
As a mixed family, we are going to embrace, explore & see what TW has to offer. I am sure there is a small thriving black community in the area. I would like to know, for myself are they any local meets ups - like Afro and Caribbean sisterhood, fitness, brunches, cocktails, dancing, comedy shows, picnics……..etc
Would like to make some long-term friends in the area no matter the ethnicity or cultural background.
