Hi, thought I would share I'm just on the start of "Three little Birds" its on ItvX its a good watch so far I'm just on Ep2.

Interested to see who has watched it so far?

Not heard of this, it looks good . .

It's great so far. Let me know what you think when you've watch the first couple of Eps. It's commical.

I watched the whole series. I'm not of Caribbean heritage but I'd be interested to hear what people with that heritage thought of the series. I really liked all the characters and there were some interesting storylines.

I have watched it all on ITVx. I loved it. I’m white and like @JSMill I’m interested to know what those of Afro Caribbean heritage think of it.

It's good, Lenny Henry has done a good job.

It gave a fairly accurate reflection of the anecdotal stories my relatives told me about when they first arrived in England (the racism, the house/room sharing, the house parties, the coach/day trips, the saving schemes).

I'm pleased to hear that as I think it stood pretty well on its own terms as a Sunday evening drama. I'm glad people of Caribbean heritage feel it was a fair representation. I think a second series is definitely in the works!

I'm really enjoying it and Lenny Henry has done a really good job. The incidental things that are in the show, like the pardner system are taking me right back to my childhood.

I enjoyed it so much. I hope they make another series. Agree with others Lenny Henry did a fab job.

I loved it! I also get why my dad never really spoke about his arrival in the 50s my dad's passed away now but when I got married my dad and father in law (whose white) used to talk for hours about the past and they would talk about all the things in the show. Other family members say it was a very accurate picture, toned down in places which can be understood because of the watershed although the critics don't seem to understand that and Lenny Henry is trying to trying to reach a wider audience but they'll always find something to criticise. I hope a second series is in the making. I vote 5 stars.
