Black derm or Trichologist recommendations

Hello everyone,

Can anyone please please recommend a Black Dermatologist (for hair) or a Trichologist in London. I am mixed race but have 4b/4c hair type. I am not retaining my hair length at all. My hair keeps on breaking to the point where I now have very very short hair. It has been getting me down and have resorted to wearing wigs. My hair is just not growing pst a certain length and when it does, it breaks off. Any recommendations?
