It's just awful, he must have been absolutely terrified 
The police officer turned off his body cam (allegedly by accident 
) but a passerby caught it on camera.

From the BBC story it says the video of the execution was filmed by this poor man's passenger, not a passerby. I would have been terrified if I was the passenger that the police would kill me too.
