I heard about yesterday on the radio and couldn't bear to follow it up.

It's just awful, he must have been absolutely terrified

From the BBC story it says the video of the execution was filmed by this poor man's passenger, not a passerby. I would have been terrified if I was the passenger that the police would kill me too.
