I'm mixed race and have seen racism umoungst the staff but not with the children. I wonder where most of these incidents are happening?

I work in several nursery's in weat London as agency staff and every nursery has staff from different races, some nurseries even have no white staff.

I would find it hard to believe that if there is racism among the staff, that it will not have no bearing on the way they treat the children.

Thank you for sharing @Jamdown123. My son first experienced racism at 2. Apparantely he had "anger issues".
