We often frane the question of racism to Black people and how to cope and deal with it. I came across this short clip of Toni Morrison where she asks "What are you without racism?"
She says "If you can only feel tall when someone is on their knees, then you have a serious problem". I think it succinctly explains why those who benefit from racism are so committed to keeping those structures in place.
