Judas and the Black Messiah - anyone managed to watch this?

I've been waiting for this to be released which was supposed to be later this month in UK cinemas but that is unlikely to happen.
Googled but info is a bit thin. Does anyone know if there are any streaming services carrying it?

It looks a really interesting film. I've not seen anything yet, but some people I follow on Twitter have seen it - I'm wondering if it's available in the US and people who can figure out VPN services are watching it that way

Daniel Kaluuya as Fred Hampton looks good in the trailer. I think it's available in the US now but not sure what's happening here.
As you say, tech savvy people may have figured a way to watch it here.
Waving to anyone on this board who has a heads up on it 👋🏽

I think it's also going to be a hard watch. I need to figure out how to watch some of the US tv. When I was on holiday over there I got really into Queen Sugar which I thought was excellent (good book too). And I want to find the rest of Insecure too which seems to have disappeared from UK tv

The subject matter isn't easy. It's a reminder of the huge sacrifices made by many who were willing to lay down life.
Watched One Night In Miami directed by Regina King which was an interesting take on activism by black Americans who had a platform they could choose to use during the civil rights era.

Speaking of Judas... there’s an event hosted by the Black Cultural Archives next week that features interviews with some U.K. activists who worked with the American Panthers: www.instagram.com/p/CLhUvrJACmv/?igshid=jil31vonkgw8
Interesting to hear a U.K. perspective. I’ve been lucky to have some anecdotes from my parents about their activism back then but I’d like to learn more.
One Night in Miami is on my watch list too. I’m a huge fan of Sam Cooke’s music.

I didn't even know about BCA so thanks for this! I'm looking forward to the event on Thursday.
Leslie Odom was brilliant as Sam Cooke but all the other actors as Ali, Jim Brown and Malcolm were good too. I think Regina's up for an industry award for this film.
