I wonder if anyone knows how these kind of lists are put together. I scarcely pay them any attention but came across this one and was surprised by the top 10 list as much by the entries as by the omissions.

TheSpottedZebra - could only access JPM' s CEO's introduction I'm afraid.

Kevin Fenton at number 2 was a surprise. Although not taking anything away from his contribution to public health I am aware of the controversy surrounding his involvement in the Covid-19 report and BAME communities.

I would have thought that Marcus Rashford's activism in ending food poverty and influencing change would have seen him on the list although it appears that sports people were unranked.

As said, I don't place too much stock on these listings but just wondered about objective criteria.
