Kevin Fenton at number 2 was a surprise. Although not taking anything away from his contribution to public health I am aware of the controversy surrounding his involvement in the Covid-19 report and BAME communities.
I would have thought that Marcus Rashford's activism in ending food poverty and influencing change would have seen him on the list although it appears that sports people were unranked.
As said, I don't place too much stock on these listings but just wondered about objective criteria.
