Where can I source cocoa?

My nana used to make the best hot cocoa.

She would buy balls of cocoa from Grenada and bring them back with her.

Any idea where I can source any in the UK/ London?

That’s the stuff! I’m sure of it. Remember the balls and cacoa tea being made when I was a kid. Much richer than hot chocolate.

A little off topic but Lidl’s currently have Grenadian and Peruvian fair trade chocolate. As in bars.

The cocoa factory in Grenada is a great (if sad - was a slave plantation) day out. They still use the same process and equipment that was used by the enslaved.

Amazing.

Thanks everyone! Very informative, @Phoenix21 Smile
