Hi

Anyone due in the next few months and fancy meeting for a cake and coffee? I'm moving to Greenwich/Blackheath in a few weeks and would love to meet any M2Bs for local info and gossip.

I'm due end of June/ early Jul and am starting to panic I know no-one in the area and apart from NCT I haven't got a clue about clubs etc.

any cake cafe recommendations?

Hello,

I'd be glad to meet up with you. I'm in Blackheath Standard and am due at the same time although am not on maternity leave until 11th June.

Hand Made Foods/Boulangerie Jade in Blackheath Village are very good for cakes

Hi

Sounds good to me - would be lovely to meet some local mums to be... I move End of May so I'm happy to meet after your maternity leave starts in June?

Are you doing NCT at all - I've joined and the first one is this friday... bit scary!

Good luck with your last few weeks at work!

I start NCT tonight - I can't wait.

Good luck with the move - you'll love it here.

Are you getting Braxton Hicks yet? I can't tell if it's kicks or not...

Hi Tallgables!

How did nct go? I enjoyed mine and met some lovely girls who live locally!

Just a quick q for you - are you having your baby a QE or Lewisham? I'm at a birth centre in Docklands which is lovely but I'm starting to panic about the journey so wondered if you knew about Lewisham birth centre as none of my nct girls are going there?

give me a shout if you fancy meeting next week and discussing bumps!

X

Last day today - leaving work in 2 hours thank goodness.

I'm having mine a QEH but three people from NCT are going to Lewisham - it sounds amazing. I just thought that QEH is more convenient for me.

Next week I'm free on Wednesday or Friday afternoon. Are you around?

Hi there,

Another SE London mum-to-be, living on the lower end of Blackheath Hill.

I'm only due in Jan 2011, but would be great to meet some mums and bumps locally.

Btw - thinking of Lewisham Birthing Centre myself.

xx

I had a home birth with my first bay which was a very positive experience. I looked round the Lewisham Birth centre a few weeks ago, and it is stunning. Here's a link for more info and some pics:
