Hello ladies,

I'm expecting a baby for April and started shopping for the 'hardware'. I came across the website Kiddicare and before I place my order, I was wondering if anyone had ever ordered from them and if so, what was the e-shopping experience like?

Many thanks for your feddback.

Yup would never use anyone else!

Yes ordered from them most of my baby stuff from them. Always had fast delivery and a good service. Their new shop is great too.

i use them all the time, i think they are one of the better known and trusted sites.

i've bought prams, car seats, toys and a cot from there.

never had any problems, delivery is fast, none of this waiting 3 months for your pushchair nonsense some places have.

They are brilliant. I'm lucky enough to only be a shortish drive away so can go to their fabulous shop. I've ordered from them online as well though and they were fab. I always highly recommend them.

Brilliant! I can't wait to order and receive it all!

Many thanks to you all for the quick reply!

Very, very good. I've ordered from them a number of times, and have actually done a return/exchange which they handled well. They text you the date of your delivery, and you can change it one day either side by texting back a different number (1, 2, 3), and then actually stick to that. Unlike many other organisations...

I had a terrible time with them. Ordered a Kuster K1 highchair with cushions. The cushion had a fault. Left messages / emails and it took 2 weeks for a response and a further 3 weeks before they got back to me & sent a replacement. Great bargains but pray you don't have a problems as their aftersales customer service is utterly dreadful.

I would never use them again, even if it means paying more....

I've used them lots of times, fantastic. Great deals on pushchairs, delivery when promised, not always got every item you might want but loads cheaper and easier than Mothercare.

I got my phil and teds from there with £150 off, was v chuffed.

I'm another big fan. I've ordered loads of stuff from them. Returned a highchair which wasn't as advertised (no fault of Kiddicare's) and they were great. Pre-ordered a rocking horse which in the end wasn't in stock in time for my daughter's birthday and despite all the restrictive t's and c's on their website they refunded the money I'd paid no questions asked. They're great. Only advice would be go and look at the things you plan to order in a high street store first as cost of returning items is significant.
